Palm Springs Place Co., Ltd. cooperates a business about developing real estate. It was founded in January 17, 1989 with total registered capital 20 Million Baht firstly. Then the company increased the registered capital to 250 Million Baht. In 2005, the capital is up to 300 Million Baht.
The company is located at 209, M.4, Central Ring Road, Nong Hoi, Muang, Chiang Mai.
OBJECTIVE OF THE COMPANY'S OPERATION
To run the business about real estate such as housing estate, building, shopping mall, office, hotel etc. with the policy that specifies on quality of life and society best.

The concept of the project is to specify on the good quality of life of the residents by selecting the best designing plan, choosing the best designing house, high quality materials, maintaining and keeping up the houses also.
The success of the project is not constructing the houses for sale or wants to sell all of them only. It is maintaining or keeping house and improves the project in well condition. It can be seen clearly from the 4 resent projects those are still in well condition.
Palm Springs Place Project is one of high quality projects of Palm Springs Place Co., Ltd. The project is constructed 156 Rai in area with public utility and facilities perfectly such as club house, swimming pool, tennis court, park, playground and palm lodge with 21 rooms. This project has been valued at approximately 189 Million Baht and all were sold out now. (1996-2002)
PALM SPRINGS TOWN HOME
The project was constructed in 1999 by mixing the charm of simplicity of Spanish style with the modern and comfortable style 5 Rai in area. The area was organized divisibly. We are really careful about the utility that accorded with modern way of life. We also thought of the private feeling by organizing the project properly only 60 units. This project was already finished and was sold out. This project had been valued at approximately 100 Million Baht. (2002-2005)
Palm Springs Plaza Project
